Engraved "OPTON Oberkochen Nr 2552265 1:5,6 f=250mm 18° (specification of the angle of view)" on the front ring, the lens designation "Sonnar" missing! The serial number in the typical prototype serial number range (2.552.xxx - 2.600.000). Other serial numbers of known Hasselblad prototype lenses include 2593978 (Sonnar Superachromat 250 mm f/5.6), 2594144 (Distagon 60 mm f/5.6), 2594464 (Distagon 50 mm f/4), 2594489 (S-Planar 135 mm f/5.6), 2594807 (Sonnar 150 mm f/4), 2595002 (Tele-Tessar 350 mm f/5.6). The optics with minimal dust inclusions, slight haze and two scratches on front element. Shutter sticky.
