Kiev IIIa 40 Years of Ukranian Soviet Republic

Special edition Kiev IIIa, no. 5729251, issued to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Ukrainian Soviet Republic, the cameras were gifts to the party's leadership and the government members. Involved in this project were famous Ukrainian designers Olga Junak and Volodymyr Fatalchuk. The special feature of the camera is a Kiev logo at the front spelt in Ukrainian. The set includes a matching 1957 Jupiter-8M no.5704024, leather case, exposure meter and an original red box with a commemorative inscription on top and a metal plaque on its base.
