Leica M3 Black Paint

The camera is from an official batch of 150 cameras (nos. 1.134.001 to 1.134.150). With Leica M Summilux 1.4/35mm black paint. The Steel rim lens barrel for the Leica M3 with black paint infinity lock release button, red „Feet“ scale, chrome E41 UVa filter and extremely rare OLLUX lens hood with black paint front part. Due to the fitted UVa filter the optical front element, as well as the rear element, are in great condition. The optics otherwise with just two small dust particles inside. Included is the original E41 push-on front lens cap (which only fits on this type of lens and is often lost). The black Summilux 35 mm f/1.4 lenses were produced in very limited quantities and have been exclusively available for black paint cameras.
