Extremely early M4 in black paint finish, made to order before the first official batch of 500 cameras (Nr. 1181501 – 1182000). Early flash symbols engraved on the back of the topplate. Rewind crank with handle, all made of brass and in black paint finish. Black paint screws in accessory shoe and black paint rear door including film reminder. Three screws on the front of the body shell have been replaced by black anodized screws, and the strap lugs have also been replaced - probably due to heavy wear.
Equipped with first version Leicavit MP in black paint finish with 3/8" tripod thread and the rare first version of the six-element Summicron 50 mm f/2 Nr. 2269423 with the coarsley knurled distance setting ring.
Included: Black UVa filter and black paint front lens cap.
