Leica M4-M schwarz lackiert / Leica M4-M black paint

A camera from the first series of motorized black paint finished Leica M4. Only 300 units were produced in this version, still engraved with the early flash symbols on the back of the topplate. The rewind crank with handle entirely made of brass and finished in black paint. With early Leitz New York motor drive (with first version plug socket and still without microswitch) No. 02130 with AA battery pack. The bottom side of the battery pack still has the "TPI" logo not milled out. Motor functional (only in "LOW" position). The black paint back door of the camera and the motor drive with some pieces of the vulcanite missing. Literature: Douglas So, "Black Paint Leica", p. 252ff.
