Leitz Leica II Mod. D Shiny Chrome

II Mod. D in chrome with small pin to fit the base plate. Only the very first cameras had the small pin as they were later equipped with a larger pin to fit the base plate better. A classic development / improvement. It is called „shiny chrome“ since it is much brighter than the later chrome finish of the later Leicas. The camera is in excellent condition with matching chrome Elmar 3.5/50mm no.157847.
