Nikon S2 black paint

Second version of the rare black lacquered Nikon S2 with black distance scale ring ("Black Dial S2"), with matching black Nikkor-S.C 5 cm f/1.4 No. 388188. From the last known series (No. 6180604 – 6180987). A total of around 1150 black lacquered cameras were produced (about 500 of the first model and 650 of the second model) and thus less than 2% of the total production of the Nikon S2. In very fine condition. Since these cameras were mainly sold to professional photographers and press agencies, they are rarely found in such a fine condition.
